My room which I’m staying at Hilton is 714 which so happens is the same name as the CrossFit place. Freaky.

Would have been an epic hero WOD day doing “Nutts” but I came in late ;(

Did a lame 5×5 back squat @ 105lbs

5×7 strict pull ups.

Off to Disneyland!
