5) Back Squat 110kg x 3
6) Deadlift 125kg x 3
7) Complete “Linda” WOD at RX
8) Bench Press 10 x 10 @ 60kg
9) Butterfly Pull Ups x 21
10) KB Swings @ 28kg x 21 Unbroken
